Third time this has happened... making a purchase at a kmart store...register issued cash points then they dont show up on my account... take the receipt to the register they say call shop your way ...call shop y ok ur way they say go to store...
I am shopyourway.com memeber. I have got points from sweepstakes and partner. A couple of months ago points in my account were not able to be redeemed. I immediately contacted shopyourway.com online, but never got email reply back. Last month I emailed shopyourway again, this time I got replied, but said my points "expired". But when I asked "WHEN" did they expire? No answer again.
Shop Your Way Rewards (for Kmart and Sears) suspends customer rewards accounts without notifying customers. My account was suspended with about $83.00 of rewards. I was alerted when I tried to use the rewards on a Sears.com purchase. I contacted member services 1-800-991-8708 on 5/31. I was told that my account was suspended for "playing too many Sweeps." I was told, "on May 10 you played 7 Sweeps games." I said that I was bored and was not aware that there was a limit. The representative said, "there isn't but sometimes accounts are suspended for playing too many Sweeps." I was told that guidelines regarding entering too many Sweeps are not listed online. The Sweeps are actively marketed to rewards members and tens to hundreds of Sweeps are available to enter. I was told the Sweeps department does not have a phone number. I was only given an e-mail address. I have seen notes online from other customers whose accounts were suspended.
