This guy has other people interview for him and then once he obtains the job promotes, along with friends, his work as expert, which is believable until it is received and crashes, customer complaints about defects and strange behavior. Then when you try to recoup losses or at least have him come in for review of his work by more senior technical staff, he makes excuses.
Through an investigator, we found that he was actually not even in the United States, but in Vietnam and then in Singapore, then Thailand, Bangladesh, etc. It's almost like he is on the run. I can't imagine that we are the only company that has had to pay 6x more to fix the problems he created and then we have no recourse because its impossible to find him.
He takes advantage of the COVID work at home culture by lying about where he is in order to make US Dollars and take them back to less economically sound countries where the exchange rate allows him to live a wonderful life at the expense of his customers.
Normally I do not post on public forums - even about bad workers - but I just had to warn others who may come into contact with this low-life who is simply taking advantage of a situation that allows him to misrepresent and take money until he is discovered and then he disappears.
