This report concerns the non-issuance of a refund in the amount of $118.95 for a pair of sandals bought online from shoes.com on May 16, 2021, then returned (unworn, i.e., brand new) via UPS to that company's warehouse in Woburn, MA on June 7, 2021. The shipment containing the sandals was received at that warehouse at 12:12 pm on June 10, 2021.
According to the company's website, refunds for returned items are supposed to be issued within FIVE business days of receipt. It is now June 18, 2021, and I have yet to receive my refund. Moreover, there have been only canned responses to emails sent to their Customer Service Dept. regarding the non-issuance of my refund. And, when I have tried calling shoes.com, I have been placed on hold for upwards of 90 minutes without ever being connected with an actual human at their offices.
Over the past couple of days, I have checked several different websites at which customers can post complaints regarding businesses and have found hundreds of complaints regarding shoes.com. 99% of these complaints involve the non-issuance of refunds and the complete lack of accountability on the part of the staff at shoes.com regarding this matter. The staff either makes up reasons for not issuing the requested refunds (e.g., the shoes returned had been worn or the box the shoes were received in was damaged) or the staff simply hangs up or does not respond to customers' calls or emails, respectively.

I complied with all of shoes.com's criteria for returning purchases when I shipped these sandals to their warehouse where it was received at 12:12 pm on June 10, 2021. The return is documented on the UPS website (I have a bona fide copy of the return in my possession.)
By law, I am entitled to receive this refund. Therefore, I am demanding that the entire refund in the amount of $118.95 be issued to me IMMEDIATELY. That is MY right. And that is shoes.com's LEGAL obligation.
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes on their website, paid for them by credit card, but, never have received the shoes order. Prior to placing the online order, I needed to change my address as I had moved over a year ago which I did, but, when I looked at the receipt, they had shown it would mail to the old address, so, I contacted them by both email and phone.
But, their inefficient internal systems could not make the correction, even though I contacted them immediately and prior to shipment going out. When I called, they would not help me and would not believe me when I told them their online system to change an address did not work.
Two months later, they have my money and I have not received the order. They do not provide a company address or contact information to their US corporate office on their website, so, I have no recourse to resolve this with them directly.
Online order of 3 pairs of shoes on11/10/18. Received one pair of Keds shoes that were not as depicted. Have not received other 2 pairs of Sketchers shoes although all 3 have been charged to my credit card.
Shoesdotcom retaliating against Ivanka Trump products because her dad is the President-elect of the U.S. Seriously?? This company is disgusting!! Boycott shoesdotcom. Another company down the drain!! Shame on you shoesdotcom. Watch your sales tank!!
On 9/29/2016 I placed an order for 2 pairs of sport shoes with shoes.com. Their policy is that you can return merchandise that does not fit. I found one pair fit, the other did not. I went to their website. I went to their "Return" page. I entered the information required. The drop down menu said "Print Return Label" I hit the tab. Nothing. I ran through this again. Nothing. I tried calling them at the number provided. A happy computer told me to wait, while music played. 3 and a half hours later, I am still on hold. I went to Customer Service. They referred me back to the same telephone number. I finally tracked down their email to report a problem. 3 days later, no response. I suggest you NEVER deal with shoes.com.
