I ordered two pair of shoes. ordered back in june have not received so i canceled and they reply someone will get back to you in 72 hours. well 72 hours came and went many times. order # I1563554 amount of $62.62
I ordered a lot of shoes, as they arrived I was shocked to see what a poor quality they had. They smelt horribly of chemicals also. The return address in is China and the shipping would cost a lot of money, when I complaned (I had to send several mails and complaints also via paypal before they answered) they offered a 20% money refund if I keep the items, and believe me, they are really not even worth the price after the 20% refund!
I placed and paid for an order for 7 items and only ever received 6.
The first 5 items took about 6 weeks to arrive - just after I had emailed asking where my order was, to have them apologise for the delay and offer 15% discount as compensation once the full order had arrived. The 6th arrived a week later but instead of being a cotton top it was made of cheap viscose fabric so I emailed to cancel the second one (identical as I ordered 2) asking for a refund and to claim the discount they had offered. Other than an automated reply saying they would be in touch in 72 hours I have had no response to 3 contact emails I have sent - and the second, already paid for cheap viscose top hasn’t even arrived!
