I ordered my childrens Christmas gifts online from shoe carnival. I never got my package and when i call ,email,or live chat them they hang up or give me the run around as bout my refund. I have contacted them every single day since this but have not gotten a refund yet
My 12 year old daughter bought me a gift card at a retail location in Dover DE which clearly states on the card that it can be used online or in the store. I attempted to make a purchase online and the card did not work so I called the phone # on the website. The first person I spoke with was eating while attempting to speak with me, I say attempting because she did not speak proper English and I don't mean she had an accent. She told me the gift card was invalid without asking me for the #, she demanded that I give her the # so she could de-value the card. I refused to give her the # after that and disconnected the call. I called back and spoke to a very helpful person who told me she could have a supervisor contact me. Over 48 hours later a supervisor did contact me via phone , not email which is the way I requested to be contacted, he was very un-helpful to say the least. I explained the situation , telling him I have already made my selections online and that some of the selections have a limited quantity , he said he can mail me out another gift card. I again explained to him that some of the things have a limited quantity and would most likely be sold out. He told me that I can still use the card at a store . Again , the card clearly states it can be used ONLINE and in stores. I feel like my 12 year old daughter was ripped off. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!
