Somehow i stumbled upon the website "shockbest.com"supposedly two brothers and a chidhood friend were tired of buying and receiving cheap quality knock offs from other known websites and set out to start their own, stating that they keep prices low due to the fact that they cut out the middle man and buy direct from the manufacture. Anyway, to keep a long story short, i purchased a"Splash drone" for $89.00.Had a gentleman by the name of Alex Buckely from the support department send me an email thanking me for choosing the shockbest website and if there is anything they could help me with, and even offered me a gift of 10 percent off next purchase. as the date of supposed delivery was approaching i decided to check out the "track my order" tab from thge website. typed in the required info and BAM! i get a 404 ERROR stating the web page is no longer or the page has been taken down by the web site owner. so now i cannot communicate with anyone from the site because i get the run around. i want my money back
I wanted to purchase a drone to use in the water for fishing. I found a Splash Drone on the Shockbest.com web site that was everything i could ask for. It was able to land on water and film underwater, it had bait release capabilitys. and a great 4 gyro gimbal for the best possible camera shots while fishing or just flying around.
What i got was a non waterproof drone that didnt have a gimbal at all but a fake looking gimbal with no way to ever carry any type of payload. i was not amused. I contacted the site several times and sent them the advertisement on their web site and with it, i sent pictures of what i recieved. Figuring maybe they made a mistake and sent me the wrong drone. Well after a day i got a letter from them stating that i needed to send them a video of the prouduct i recieved. I sent them the short clips of what i got and also the clips from their website that advertised something totaly diffrent. Two days later i recieved an emil saying since i didnt respond in a timely manner that my ticket had been closed.
I reopened the ticket again and recieved a note saying that if they thought it was an error on their part then they would be happy to replace or refund. I sent them an emeil agin with pictures asking what did they mean "IF"? at this point it was verry irksome to say the least. the next day "Ticket closed". Within in minutes i reopened the ticket again. Now this has gone on for over a month and i have opened at least 15 times and still no return of goods (RMA) or return of money.
This place is a scam !!! they steal pictures off the web and even the video i watched was on another site that actualy sold the Splash Drone. So buyer beware and i mean BEWARE that these jerks are out there and come to find out they are in KOREA.. Seems to be a lot of inernet scaming coming out of there as of reciently.

Lets face it $89.00 for a Splash Drone sounds too good to be true. It is. I received a toy that probably will not even fly. I didn't try it.
Like others, when I complained I was asked to provide a video; I sent a photo.
I am working through my bank to cancel payment, If and when I get pre-paid return shipping, I will return their toy.
