Shobert Vartan Reviews
Shobert Vartan is a sociopath.
This individual was the owner of New Horizon Funding and Realty in Woodland Hills, CA, where he would rip people off at wholesale quantities through fraudulent and disregardful refinancing just before and leading up to the subprime mortgage crisis of 2008, to which he is guilty of contributing to.
He organized a cold-calling operation to target naive homeowners in lesser developed areas to sell them on poor refinancing services. The special deal of the call was "1.5% for five years," which was the selling pitch for a negative amortization loan. When we went to these homeowners who would agree to see us, the routine was to get them to sign a series of paperwork without reading it. Then, to make matters worse, the contracts themselves were blank.
Shobert Vartan was then free to edit them with whatever figures he wanted.
His office manager, "Edik," would say at training, "We don't make money off the rich, we make money off the poor." Needless to say, these homeowners were consistently left worse off than before Shobert Vartan found them.
I understood that Shobert Vartan was making between $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 per year. Between his showing up maybe 2-3 hours a day in that office (if he showed up at all), driving exotic cars such as a Hummer H2 and Ferrari, throwing lavish parties at nightclubs with full bottle service and private tables, and all his designer clothing, I wonder if he ever stopped to think about the people who lost their homes, life savings, credit, or livelihoods because of his unethical actions.
Today, he acts as the manager of Veritas Law Group, which is ironic since he has no license to practice law. Then what might he be doing as an officer of a law firm? Can't imagine anything other ripping even more people off.
And in spite of all this, he has the nerve to be a church-going Christian. Well, sorry Shobert, but Jesus wasn't a sociopathic con man, and you shouldn't be one, either.
