I called an add for a vacation rental. Shirlee showed us the condo she had no idea what she was doing my dad actually had to sit down and write the lease agreement himself. At the last min she always tries to get more money out of you, some how I rented the condo for two months.
Shirlee and the owner of the condo stole my security deposit many things in the condo never got fixed and they entered the condo without any notice walked in whenever they felt like it. This was the worst vaca ever. Avoid SHIRLEE FERNANDEZ & RON MERCURIO AT ALL COSTS!!!!
