I am the person this complaint is written by. My elderly client was harassed by this person, and after I reported it to Adult Protective Services, she harassed me. I changed my telephone number.
Ms. L'Heureux lists her self as an artist and a fine art/antiques appraiser. Apparently she is struggling in both of these areas and is now preying on the elderly to devise frivilous lawsuits. Generally speaking, Ms. L'heureux terms any dissatisfaction with her work and busisness practices as "slander." Here is one of those people who cannot handle honest criticism and will threaten to sue you if you offer any. She has currently set her sights on my elderly mother and her elderly friend. I do not know the details of their transaction but that hardly matters at this point.
Ms. L'Heureux is not interested in doing honest business. She is out fishing for lawsuits. She is a con artist. Her lilkely tactic is probably as follows: She undervalues an object to be appraised. She then escalates disagreement of her client with her deliberately low ball appraisal into an emotional attack heavily laden with vicous threats of legal action. She then proceeds to send out "cease and desist" letters to anyone who complains about her practices. In these letters and proposed contracts she attempts to extract an admission of guilt from her victims that they have "slandered" her.
This woman is fishing for lawsuits. find another appraiser. There are plenty of them who aren't fishing for a frivilous and contrived litigious payday.

It seems that these posting are put up on the Internet without any investigation of the facts.
These web sites are a scam as I was contacted by "reputation savers" who state that for thousands of dollars I can get this bogus report off the internet.
The facts. I do not know this person who is posting complaints about me. Legal consul told me that this person has numerous legal complaints against her, and restraining orders on her in Colorado.
What I do know is she harassed my elderly client so much that my client was reduced to tears and fearful in her own home. I reported this abuse to the authorities. So this complaint is a clear case of retaliation against me. I have put up with a lot of harassment from her, and had to change my telephone number and no may have to move!
So all you "reputation savers" out there who want thousands of dollars to make this go away....I don't have any money.
