Don't even think of using this company! at least before you see the website i put up to warn others about this scam at www.Shippingquestscams.com. They are pure evil. Last year, i booked delivery of some things from joliet, illinois to shenzhen, china through the shippingquest website. When it turned out that they could not deliver to shenzhen and i had to spend thousands of dollars to pick my things up in hong kong, i posted some truthful reviews online about their bad service. The two creepy old men who actually run shippingquest, the sometime orchestra conductor winston dan vogel and albert abramov and their one man "it department" javier "chaim" sajnovsky, first threatened me and then bought my personal name as a domain where they put up a website with a photo of me that they stole from one of my online profiles surrounded by sexually suggestive images under the heading "erotic massage." yeah. I sued them in federal court in chicago and now have a $100,000 judgment against them. Be ye warned. This is not a legitimate shipping company but a scam run by criminals that may not just rip you off but might also steal your identity.

After a bad experience with shipping quest I had posted a few reviews of my honest feelings. There way of dealing with it was to send me this email.
And we are going to do the same,
We will make your name super famous in ways you cannot imagine. Any one typing the name Wendy Sula will be shocked to see what they find. We don’t just have extra time, we have an entire IT Dept to dedicate to drag your name along the entire Net and make you famous in ways you will not want your kids, friends, family and anyone seeing.
You have already did posting and that is the reason you are being ignored and not receiving your refund. You were promised a refund, and we were going to give that to you, instead you went on a posting campaign.
So to conclude.
If you want your $500, you go back change your postings and then we will issue the refund. We are not going to give you a refund and you will still post on us.
But now, if you are going to continue to post, we will instruct our IT Dept to go on a global campaign against you. We know customers like you, and we know exactly how to deal with you. You Picture and Joyful Phonics and Shenzhen Party tells a lot and we can do a lot with that.

This company is the worst. They lie and steal your money .
I was promised a shipment would be delivered to Shenzhen China. But as soon as they got my money and the ship sailed , they said they could only deliver to Hong Kong.
I checked other companies they would charge maybe 1000 for this service . Shipping Quest wanted to charge me 1800. They were also late with delivery and they have taken over a month to even get back to me about my refund.
I would not ever use them again. I am spreading the news about them. Please try anyone else. Just not these guys.

I have recently purchased a grill that I was planning to ship internationally where I currently work and reside. Through checking service providers on line, I called several providers one of which is Shipping Quest. They have informed me that the price of this shipment to Saudi Arabia for my box size and weight is $466 in which they have officially sent me a quotation by email, email can be shared with you when required. After picking up my shipment, the invoice value that was sent to me was almost doubled $875.94. Before issuing the final invoice, they have sent me an email to confirm details. The email had a statement at the bottom that the final price will include a $4 cost per cubic foot.
I have confirmed this email without noticing this item. However, since this item was overlooked by me, I am willing to pay this additional $150. They claim that the additional items can be seen through a link called quick guide in the quote that was never highlighted to me in the initial conversation or directly in the initial quote.
They also claim other items are included in their terms of service that are linked in their website and were never part of any of the documentation they sent me before shipment. In addition, after statement my complete dissatisfaction and write some on line review.
I received a shocking email that can also be shared with you, that my order has been cancelled and I need to pick it up on my expense and pay collection charges of about $350. They have also sent me an email threatening me if I posted any reviews, quote from their email "Should we notice any review that is even similar to yours, we will be sure that our IT dept will make you famous as well. Please do not attempt to threat us with frivolous reviews as we have the tools, technology and power to ensure your name will be globally famous in ways you are not so proud of." I can share with you all the correspondences that qualify my argument.

This company is the worst shipper I have used. I have shipped things for over 10 years. They lied and only returned a small amount owed me. Anyone thinking of using shipping quest. STOP!. Never informed us that partner company stopped shipping to Shenzhen PRC, Was left with 1500 lbs of stuff stuck in Hong Kong. Run do not walk AWAY from Shipping Quest.
I have all my emails back and forth. Which I am willing to share . It has been almost 3 months since I payed Shipping Quest to bring me my belongings. I still have not received my refund (which was a joke) They claim it should be 165.00 dollars but I should be happy they are giving me 500.00. I had to pay 1500. dollars to get them myself.
We have just received our boxes to Miami FL. We used ShippingQuest to move handle our shipment from Santander, Spain. They did a wonderful job with everything. They communicate almost instantly and they are very professional, for example, ISF is required to be filed with US Customs which most shipping companies had no idea. They cleared customs and my boxes arrived 4 weeks later. Our quote was for $1685.90 and the final invoice came to be $1896.80 because we had some duties and taxes to pay in the USA which is obviously our responsibility. We greatly recommend ShippingQuest as they really do know what they are doing. Every other company we spoke to was like speaking to a an amateur. We recently used ShippingQuest to ship our goods to Cali Colombia. The entire experience was very good. Much like everyone else, we got our online quote and booked the order. Everything went very well, we were contacted by a ShippingQuest expert who walked us through the process, our labels and bills of lading were emailed to us and we were able to track our shipment until it arrived to the door in Colombia. The price was lower then everyone else that we have contacted and the service was fast. Within 4 weeks my boxes arrived. Everything was in the same condition. ShippingQuest agent cleared customs for us, we did have some fees to pay as was advised and expected and but seemed inline with the information we received. Over all we received a good service and we are very satisfied since we were very stressed out being it was the first time we shipped anything. ShippingQuest answered all of our questions, they were very professional and provided useful information to me.
We did correspond via email with them on many occasions and the response time is almost instant. So we do recommend ShippingQuest for international ocean shipping since we really benefited from the service and staff.
Just wanted to post that ShippingQuest provided an excellent service from door to door, Los Angeles to San Jose Costa Rica. Everything was on time and the price was correct. My goods arrived in the same manner we handed the boxes to them. The customer service is outstanding and very reliable.
