I bought a house that has a one year home warraty through Shipley Energy. I started to have problems with my boiler not heating the whole house.
I called them in November 2015. They sent a tech out to look at it. He installed a part and said the pipes were not installed right.
I never heard back fom them to fix the problem. I called back in April. They sent another tech out.
He bleed the system and also wrote on a service card that the boiler needed repiped.He said they would order the parts and call me.
They did not call me. I called them back two weeks later.
They told me It did not need repiped. They told me it needed a part to make the hot water flow better to the baseboards.
I was told I would have to pay to get it fixed. They said it was not covered under the warranty.
