Sent an item to redirect to Brazil. It was not an expensive item, but the delivery charge was more than half the price of the product AND just to find out latter that there is no tracking, no insurance, no guarantees at all that my product will be delivered? What the hell is US government doing, allowing loosers companies like this to provide the shitiest delivery service ever withouth no obligations with the clients?
For a moment I felt I was back in Brazil again, tought it was a serious service from USA, but in the end I guess quality of service and customer support is not a major concern to anyone anymore Worldwide.
Don't fall for that s**t, do not hire Shipito to anything, they do not have the skills to do a good work on delivering goods around the World. Your package will get lost or maybe not even sent anyway anda there is no guarantee whatsoever you will get your package delivered. To have any sort of insurance and tracking you have to pay unreal prices, which costs several times the value of the item many times. Complete bullsh*t.
Shipito STOLE a package of mine worth 700 dollars plus all i payed for shipping!
After 3 months (now it's 5!!!) they simply could not give me an answer about what happened to my item!! They had the paypal invoice of what i payed for it (700 dollars they even photographed it for me!!!) shipping was also insured. After "reimbursing" me for 20 ridiculous dollars into THEIR account, they made my shipito account INACTIVE saying i am "fraudulent".
This company is a SCAM, i am a serious musician who buy gear online since 2004 and this never happened to me!!! Every private seller on ebay who shipped directly to me had his item normally delivered! Shipito STOLE it finding excuses for 3 months and when i started to get really angry they simply closed my account to get rid of the problem! No reimbursement for the insured ammount, no communication, no explanations.
SHIPITO IS A SCAM-COMPANY! Please people let's be united to sue them and have our money back!!!

I checked the rates online with the shipping companies, and they were charging considerably more.
When i asked the support chat person, they said it was equivalent to current rates. When I presented correct information on the rates, she was speechless.
