This is a scam company, made up of a Mother-Son ripoff team. The mother will not give you her name and the son goes by the name of "Danny".
The mother claims to speak only Korean, which is a lie. She speaks English in order to she gets you to buy or leave product for repairs.
The company markets itself as "Shin's Gold Fine Jewelry", and is not legally registered with the California Secretary of State, with that name.
The company has no resale license with the California State Board of Equalization.
They will only take cash so there's no way of verifying a legal company name behind the scam. They don't give company pro forma quote, invoice or memo when you leave your goods, which is part of the scam. They won't even let you take pictures of your own goods as proof that you left them there.
The company is listed as "Temporarily Closed" on Google and does not answer their main phone because they are working under the radar. They will tell you for 6-12 months that they are repairing your goods, in order to buy time. You will not get your goods that you left for repair.
