I ordered a free trial (shipping and handling $3.99) in Jan 2017. Thereafter I received unauthroized shipments with no receipts, return payments, etc.
Since Feb. 2017, my account has been charged
Feb 103 + $107
March $103
April 110
May $110
June $100
I called them and told them they were making unauthrized deductions from my account and canceled June 20, 2017 after doing extensive reasarch online to find them and was told they could only refund my account $76.30
This product was advertised on the radio as $3.99 plus shipping and handling total around $15.00 was made in July, no other charges, costs or obligations are mentioned.
One month later I was charged an additional $82.40 and $82.20 reason being I purchased two products, Allegro Anti-Aging Cream and Brio Night/Day Serum. No communication was made by the company to me. I found this out when I attempted to make a purchase only to find my card was declined (debit card).
Upon calling the company to inquire about the charge I was informed the purchase of the product in July was an initial purchase. I had 14 days to try the product, if satisified keep it at which point I agreed to the additional charge to my card. If I was not satisifed I had 14 days to return the unused product.
There is no literature or mention made of this agreement or return policy with the additional purchase price.
I requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to return the product as I barely used the product which I received. I was further informed I would receive a refund less a $20.00 restocking fee. A restocking fee? Really?
Somehow this company was able to charge my bank account for their "trial" subscription of their wrinkle cream. I caught it ONE day after it was charged to my account, but they stated it had already been shipped to me. How they got all my information, I have no idea.
It was extremely difficult to get through to a customer service rep via their 2 telephone numbers. Each time, the rep would hang up on me, saying that he wasn't getting any response from me. One time, he kept talking even though I did not hear anything and by the time his voice came through again, he was done giving me the information to return the product. I called FOUR times before I was able to get through to someone who didn't hang up on me. I was on a land-line phone, so I know it wasn't due to bad cell service.
Now I'm told that I have to contact them AGAIN after I return their product (with an RMA number I was finally able to get out of the rep) to cancel their monthly service.
There are TWO wrinkle creams they charged me for: Brio Day Night Serum and Allegro.
BEWARE OF This company and these products. You may be stuck with them and have issues returning the products and getting your money back.
