They fraudently took our goods, then set an incredible bill when they did not intend to ship our goods. Be careful.

I can confirm the above. This is a very bad company to deal with. Please stay away. I got cheated same way. They first give you a good decent deal (not the kind of too good to be true, but decent) and then they lie and change everything once they have your goods. Its really bad. I have a very bad period full of headaches and please once you google this company name and see this, stay away. Even if the company is verified by alibaba and they are indeed a shipping agent. But they are lairs and can not be trusted at all. Search for a decent non corrupt company.

I wish to report this supplier for fooling / scamming customers by offering low price freight but the truth is they never ship your products and or reply you after you send them money.
I made payment on 2020.04.08 they sent me a empty UPS label which was created on 04/11/2020 - 2:09 P.M.
I agreed on Air freight shipment from Shenzhen to Stockholm Sweden 10 to 15 days delivery DDP and its been almost one month and there is no reply from this supplier.
I have been contact with UPS Sweden, Germany and Poland but all of them telling me:
This package hasn't been exported and we are sorry but this is nothing we can help with. You need to contact your original shipper from China regarding this package that was sent from China to Sweden.

I got scammed here. Avoid. I didn't think this would happen to me, but when my goods started coming they began changing the deal and giving me the worst prices and setting such a large bill. I decided to let other agent handle the order, but they didn't let me leave and held my goods hostage by setting a very large bill for storage we never agreed on this on beforehand, it would be free). I offered them to give them normal price warehouse fee i asked other sellers on this and decided this is normal) and let them do the shipping in shenzhen, but they refused. I had only headache dealing with them. I might never see the goods. Avoid at all costs.

I have the same experience with this forwarding company. It is a very very very tiring process and they changed what we agreed many times. First they say; yes ship your products to our warehouse, we can ship it for you in the way you want (I showed them all items before I buy and they confirmed its ok) and then said no we can't ship it this way and they left only one window open on how to ship it, a very bad deal and if you don't want then you need to pay your way out a different way for fees we didn't agree or spoken on before. I can not warn you enough of this company. Please stay away. It has been a nightmare dealing with them and a lot of lying and headache have I got in return. They are a scam. Stay away from this fraudulent company.
