I have been with the company for 3+ years now. I see some poor reviews posted, but good ones dont ever get posted. So this is my postive post. The CEO interacts with each employee and I see him walking around talking to the drivers every time Im at the yard. He asks me how things are going and if I need anything. Always trying to make sure us drivers are happy. Im truly impressed that the company cares about its employees and I make good money. It ranges fro $900 - $1800, depending on what areas I fell like running each week. Overall, Ill be here until I retire and Im glad I found this company.
Sad company to work for, they take no pride in the trucks they give drivers to buy as o/o, they stink & u will spend hours cleaning them. They only give you 30 day to fix stuff on a truck over 1000.00 miles and dont back problems that started before the 30 days. And u always have 2 stay on them to make the 1100 you were told you make. Will tell you they have all supplies u need. Yea when you pay for them.
Shelton truck lines is an absolute terrible and I do mean terrible junk hole company. They have a terminal in altha Florida filled up with junk broke down busted apart wrecked old trucks they constantly use parts from and screw back on to their already severely old junk trucks, I mean their equipment is so wrecked its unbelievable to even look at it. As company driver you WILL start at 30 cents mile loaded and 20 cents mile empty, that is whattbey pay ALL drivers even with 15 years experience!!!!! Their dispatchers are like filthy animals and disrespect the drivers at 100% even though they only have a job cause of truckers. The owner is like a pile of [redacted] with eyes and teeth and will lie straight to your face. If you think I'm lying well then hey, go ahead and work for them. You'll see just how extremely bad this company is. Honestly,I think the owner allows the dispatchers to take turns under his desk each day to pay their dues for having a job. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DONT MIND LOSING YOUR HOUSE CAR FAMILY NO FOOD NO MONEY NOTHING!!!!!
