I called to replace the cover to the temporary shelter unit. While restoring a very impotant mid century home, the contents of building supplies and furniture were in it during construction. The cover shreded in the wind and I called the company. They at first were helpful but I now know this is just to get your money. They took the order and said it would be 4-7 days. The payment clears and I wait. The tie downs come 10 days later and I am told the cover on it's way. Nothing happens.. 7 more days. I called 2 more times. I request a tracking number that never comes.
I call again and get Anthony. Clearly this is a man (like what man is answering a cs call) who has the skill sets of bugs bunny. He says he thinks UPS lost the order and he will send out another one that 2 day UpS. This is a Tuesday. I tell him it is mandatory as there is a huge storm coming and very delicate inventory in the garage. He says no problem. I ask him to send the tracking number. 3 days go by. No tracking number. No cover. I call back and he says "I talked to you yesterday" I am said "No 3 days ago and the items was to be here and you were to send the tracking number" He says "I can't send the tracking number until it ships" I am like what the f*ck????
It was to be here today. 3 more days go by and a "supervisor" (clearly just someone in the next lazy chair over" says it might be there by tomorrow. No tracking numbers--not a god d**n thing but they do have my money. I lost $30k in supplies and building materials and the lazy asses at the company don't give a d**n. They make fast food workers seem over qualified. Anthony was home playing with his kid! I told them I tore down the frame (and I did-- their product is fine but they have the worst worst worst worsst CS dept) and the supervisor Danielle I think but she was hard to understand, is going to "try" and intercept the shipment (like there ever was a d**n shipment) and when they get it back they will refund.
WHAT THE F*CK? YOU CAUSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE --LIE AND STEAL AND THEN WON'T JUST F*CKING REFUND THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER USE THIS SH*T COMPANY.
Garbage! Garbage! Garbage! The first cover barely lasted 2 1/2 years, the second cover (put on this past fall 2015) didn't have a chance to rot or tear! The whole frame collapsed!! $800 to be thrown in the trash!!!
