I recently had a conversation with a friend- Debbie Beaver who was lamenting the terrible service from stylist Katelyn Kerrigan and unprofessional behavior from the owner, Joy Martin at Shear Joy in Vandalia, Ohio. Hair cutting and color is a cornerstone of a woman's appearance and personal satisfaction about oneself.
In addition, she has the right, as does every customer to be 100% satisfied, not expect denials of poor service from the stylist and confrontation from the owner of the salon. In addition, let it be known that the stylist- Ms. Kerrigan is locating to another salon in Vandalia; this also due to her relationship with the owner.
In addition, Ms. Beaver has pictures and posted on Facebook illustrating her point that the cut was not even and the color was not what she asked for and will be not provide patronage to Shear Joy for the simple reason she does not wish to experience sheer terror in having a hack cut with poor customer service and heated confrontations with the owner. Be advised that you visit Shear Joy at your own risk. On behalf of Debbie Beaver, Malcolm Richards
