I've purchased Shawn's national excess proceeds program about a year ago. I've submitted about 150 files and none have closed! I was wondering is this a scam... I did a search on the internet that brought me to this site. I think Shawn is a honest person from what I've seen of him. He does seem to make this sound easy and not as much work as it really is. It's like he's putting a carrot out in front of you to sell his programs. I know he mentioned he went broke in the real estate business a few years ago. Probably during the financial crisis which happened to me also. He claim a conversion rate of 5%. My conversion rate is going to be less then 1%, if I ever close a deal!! I understand that locating the people is a tough job and they keeping tying till the time runs out for them to make a claim. Which is a good thing. I'm going to have to hang in here, I need to make this work. I know most of these real estate programs that are sold, only about 5% of the people succeed. Most people don't give their full effort. I going to see can I be one of the 5%er.. I NEED the MONEY!!
