Shark Tank Asia (David Stabile) is now claiming on his website to be a vendor at the Hong Kong International Franchising show. This of course is not true. Through his website www.sharktankasia.com David is able to attract vunerable people looking to make their dreams come true. David stabilee will rob all your money and leave you crying
David Stabile Contacted us via U.S. Mail to tell us he thought our Patented invention had promise. Maria Stabile & Scott Millard were players in the game as well.
Long story short, after wiring $20,000 in 2 - $10,000 installments- July 16, 2004 & December 27. 2004 to an overseas bank account "Faith Fortune Limited",
we expected our Invention would have been made a reality and we would be shopping it around to various outlets for distribution.
But right after we sent back the First Working Prototype things went wrong. He started giving us excuses about switching factories to get it done even Cheaper, and he thought it would be a Great time to take his LONG vacation in Italy.
So much time went by without hearing from him, months & months, by late Spring 2005 we started getting suspicious. One day a package appeared on the porch. Inside was a Destroyed Prototype. Worthless.
Sometime later we found he claimed Bankruptcy and abondoned his wife Maria fleeing to China robbing her pension and leavin home 2 young children. This man is the uliimate scumbag and should be put in prison
David Stabile Aka Mark Lucas is back at it again. After watching shark tank he decided to come up with shark tank asia and scam unknowing patent holders into sending money to asia for product development. This of course never happens and the customer never makees it. here is davids history so beware. To Whom It May Concern,
In October of 2002, I was contacted, by US Mail, by a company called International Patent Consultants, stating they were very interested in marketing my Invention. I called and met Scott Millard and Lisa Corcelli in their Rhode Island office at 76 Dorrance Street, Suite 208, Providence Rhode Island. At that time we were living in Danielson, Connecticut. We met and all agreed to go into a 50/50 business deal together. My Husband, Leo, and I drove to IPC main office at 80 East Passaic Avenue, Nutley, New Jersey, We met with David Stabile and the whole team of writers, designers, Associates, Scott Millard & Lisa Corcelli, from the Providence, Rhode Island office, to discuss the production and marketing of my invention. The whole session was taped of which I am sure he still has.
On November 29th, 2002 we signed a contract of which was to find a manufacturer and get the tool made to stamp out the invention and then to proceed in the marketing of my invention. For this I paid IPC $2700. They found a company in China and got the tool made along with prototypes. Let me add, this was all suppose to be done in the first year to date signed but took almost two years before they completed this task. The next step was to get my invention marketed and starting off by putting my product on their web site InventorsKorner.com and in their store by the same name in the Providence, Rhode Island Mall.
During this time, after the tool was made and the invention was ready to be produced I was told I needed to pay another $850 to get 2500 prototypes made for the store they opened in the Rhode Island mall and on the internet so we could show proven sales to the buyers. While the prototypes were being made up David Stabile and Scott Millard had made a few trips to China and on more than one occasion, Scott Millard personally told me they were partnering up with a company in China. Trusting as I am, I still didn't see the big picture even though it was becoming increasingly harder to reach anyone in the company by phone. Due to family misfortune we had to sell our home and move to Florida of which made it very easy for Scott Millard & Lisa Corcelli to avoid returning our calls, always an excuse, they were in China, they were out of town, this went on for weeks trying to contact them just to get them to mail me some of the prototypes I paid for. At one point they sent me a letter stating because of the Sars disease the shipment from China was being held up. Finally David Stabile made another trip to China and brought them back with him, then it took another few months to get them to mail me some. Finally after sending Lisa Corcelli an email, pleading with her to send me some prototypes she sent me 150 prototypes out of the 2500 we ordered. A friend of mine, Sara Surbeck, in Ohio, ordered my product at www.inventerskorner.com, they took her money and never mailed her the product. God only knows how many they did not mail and kept the money from.
Shortly after that I received the letter from their attorneys that they were declaring bankruptcy, Chapter 7, liquidating their company in the US, after that they changed it to Chapter 13. They have branches in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island in the US but what about the supposed branches of International Patent Consultants (IPC), that they have in Manchester, England, London, England and in China. What about all the other companies they are running on the Internet like International Patent Consultants claiming Capital Assets of $3,000,000., or Dart Solutions LLC claiming Capital Assets of $2,000,000. or p.e. Practical Enterprises Inc. All of these web sites have David and Maria Stabile's phone number and address for contact information. There is no way they should be able to claim Chapter 13, and scoff off with millions of dollars they stole from hundreds of Inventors and still doing it on the Internet. Towards the end, they told me on several occasions, they had partnered with a company in China and now I know they are going to take all of our inventions, produce and sell them in China, all off the hard work and millions of dollars taken from the hundreds of Inventors they looked up on the Internet and contacted by the US mail. They all belong in prison.
