These guys repaired My Credit and I am pissed. My score went from 500 to 700 and I was expecting an 800. The Tradelines that they gave me to report to my Credit report boosted my score is over 720 but I was hoping for an 830. If you’re wanting perfection please hire God if you want just really good work just hire these guys! I don’t think I’ll be doing this again that’s for sure !!!
Jon Lake promised to deliver my product in less than 45 days. I took him 8 months and my product was still undone with no tradelines. he has no communication skills and i had to contact him over and over for 8 months. his service is really trash
Four months ago, I paid $750 via Wells Fargo and Zelle for Jon Lake/Shape My Credit/Credit Managed service. As of today, I have not received my completed profile. I've continued to contact Jon and received the run around each and every time, for 4 months. This is fraud and false advertisement, which is a felony and prison time.
I have all of my documentation starting from Day 1 and will be releasing it, not only to legal and law enforcement, but to the media as well. Jon, how dare you take advantage of so many people who are already in a fragile and vulnerable financial situation. You should be ashamed. My documents (and your website) clearly indicated the turnaround time of 2-4 weeks. It's been 16 weeks.
I'm sure you'll come forth with a response advising how my profile is "coincidentally" complete. (Side note: even if you pretend there's a completed profile, how do I know you haven't sabotaged it?). I've asked you for a refund since you haven't produced what I paid you to do, which voids the agreement. You've belittled me, provided horrible customer service and have given me nothing but the runaround. I hope you never receive anymore customers.

After talking with Jon and completing his application, he promised he would start to repair my credit. Promising me he will start as soon as I paid him. He have not done anything. Time after time telling me he will be sending me information about my credit and have not produced anything.
I paid him 750.00. As of Monday January 9th he blocked all of my calls. He sent me a messge asking me to email him in which I did and nothing from as of today. I call at least once a week asking/begging for my money and he will not reply. When he have replied its lies and give him more time.

I entered into an agreement with Shape My Credit to fix my negative credit report under my Social Security number Credit and also hired them to assign a CPN number and add multiple Tradelines to the CPN. The credit repair side took a total of four months and the CPN with Tradelines took just shy of 30 days. I was hoping I could have it done within three or four days and was disappointed by that. Although I have perfect credit scores now and Im able to do anything I want with my credit now because of Shape My Credit I was really disappointed in the timeframe involved with the services. I just don’t understand why credit repair takes months and not days and why the CPN with Tradelines isn’t instantaneously.

Back in November 2017 I went on line for CPN PACKAGE and tradeline. I came across this website. I was interested because he has a local number. I spoke with Jon Lake. He talks very well and can convince a person to do business with him. I paid Jon Lake for the CPN silver package. He promised to deliver the product in 2-4 weeks. He promised me that everything will be done by the third week of December 2017. I had been calling him but its always a recording/voice mail. I have sent him text messages. He will text me back that he will do it. But as of today January 17, 2018 there's no result. I text him to refund my money but he never answered. It was too late when I read the previews and complains about this guy. I have already paid him. This guy is a Liar and a Swindler. He should be stopped punished and be jailed. He should not be allowed to advertise in the internet or anywhere else to rip people. He must be doing this for someone and just think of how many people he had swindled.
