I was a client of Shantal Razban-Nia aka "attorney" Shantal Razbannia. I will expand on the reason I have put "attorney" in quotes:
Shantal Razbannia is the daughter of Sina Razban-Nia and Shirley Razban-Nia.
This family often changes the name of their last name from Razbannia to Razban-Nia in order to escape detection and exposure of their extremely nefarious activities concerning child trafficking, etc.
Shantal Razban-Nia has been a willing participant and key player in the trafficking activities, money-laundering, and other highly corrupt activities which have also been linked to the U.S. government.
Sina Razban-Nia and Shirley Razban-Nia are realtors and own a shady business by the name of: Razbannia Group, Inc.
Razbannia Group Inc. acts as a front for the illegal activities.
Additionally, the brother of Sina Razban-Nia, Michael Razbannia ownes a business called: R.M.G. Funding Group, Inc.
R.M.G. Funding Group, Inc., owned and run by Michael Razbannia, is another convenient front for all of the money-laundering activities of this crime family.
And, of course, Shantal Razban-Nia, an attorney and her cousin, Johnathan Razbannia, both lawyers, create quite the easy so-called "legal" filings for these people.
And, by doing so, they are very much willing participants (Co-Defendants, Aiders, Abettors, in legalese. And Crime Partners, in layman terms).
Sina Razban-Nia and Shirley Razban-Nia have been involved in financial crimes, crimes against minors between the ages of seven to 12 years old, money laundering, and other even far more egrigeous activities for years. And as these activities involve certain kick-backs and incentives to officials, judges, courts, and so on, Shantal Razban-Nia aka Shantal Razbannia has received unearned favors in the form of receiving "passing scores" on her BAR exam. And, by cheating the legal system, Shantal Razban-Nia became an attorney without actually earning her license. Rather, her license has been bought and paid for.
As her former client, for business mergers business aquisitions, and other related matters, I was not privvy to these facts about her at that time.
However, I later (Too late) discovered this very disturbing information through court staff.
My experience with Shntal Razban-Nia was traumatic and financially disasterous.
Shnatal Razban-Nia intentionally threw my case in favor of the opposition, as the other party had paid her cash incentive to do so.
Shantal Razabn-Nia is easily bought.
Of course, her qualities of being for sale to just about any bidder come from her parents, Sina Razban-Nia and Shirley Razban-Nia.
I strongly suggest that any individual or company or any entity that has considered doing any business with Shantal Razaban-Nia, NOT do so.
She is extremely persuasive and manipulative.
The utter dishonesty and underhandedness of Shnatal Razban-Nia is a quality that is sewn into her and cannot ever be shed.
And it is such qualities that create ruin for anyone or any entity that comes within any vicinity of her.
I also caution the public to be aware of toher manipulations:
The magazine, a publication called "Super Lawyers" is a deceptive magazine that poses as a publication to allegedly "showcase" the brightest and best attorneys.
However, in reality, and as many people already know, this magazine is in fact nothing but a ADVERTISEMENT publication.
Absolutely ANY licensed lawyer can and all of them do PAY advertisement fees to be featured in the pages of or, for a much heftier fee, on the front page of this magazine and be called a "super lawyer."
The reason for my stating these facts is that no onw should be misled by the appearances of Johnathan Razbannia and sooner or later, Shantal Razban-Nia in such publications.
They have PAID money for the appearances and labels in this magazine.
The term "super lawyer" means absolutely NOTHING.
I also have no doubt, that at some point, Shantal Razban-Nia will come to post some inane "rebuttal" to this post to falsely deny these facts.
And that is why one should never pay any mind to any "rebuttal" she has to post here herself and/or posing as someone else.
