The next day we explained what happened, to the general manager, davidson barlett. He informed us that he was the owner, and he would give us 30% off our $79.26 motel bill.
That day, on february 7, 2020, mr. Bartlett wrote us up on the scamion. He unethically used the information from our registration form. He illegally proceeded to post my telephone number and my address. He is an extremely unprofessional character. Using his position he continued the intrusion into my life, posting a map where i live and how to get there.
This is a violation under the florida state and federal privacy act. Davidson bartlett is a vindictive deceitful man, falsifing his story on the scamion claiming he gave us 30% refund. No credit was ever put on my credit card.
Mike did call davidson bartlett asking him about the posting. His answer was, "i can do a lot more than what i have." "i can do whatever i want, i have the money to back it up."
