Shandong Cheming Steel Co., Ltd. posed itself as manufacturer for aluminium plates. That is so far I know. I placed an order last August 2019 for aluminum plates and other metal bars amounting to $47,000+. 20% adv and balance payable with LC at sight. After delivery and inspection at warehouse, it was found out that the material is quantity is short. Valued $15,610.
