I received a call about two weeks ago claiming that this companies debt collector was issuing warrants for my arrest. I have never received a loan from them. When I try to research this company through google they give u fraudulent numbers. I have also found no website or anything linking to this payday loan company.
I have been contacted at least 5x's a day & left misleading messages to scare me into calling back. They've claimed that my S.S.N. has been linked to possible criminal activity and my personal information may be compromised so use case #***** and call us immediately. They always use a different number and the one time I tried calling back got nothing but a busy signal so knew right then it was a scam. But when I was finally able to answer one of their calls, the woman calling (never got a name ) was not only rude when I seemed confused(they were supposed to be alerting me of a crime, not collect funds) but when I started asking her for specific information, I was hung up on. By calling the number right back I was able to reach another person who is supposed to file a complaint with their company for me but also had all my personal and financial information just from my phone number. I'm filing this "rip-off alert" after contacting my bank and making them aware! I have been dealing with the negative effects of an identity theft since (ironically) 2012 and have been repeatedly robbed, had mysterious hard inquiries on my credit report, and been pre-approved for so many credit cards and loans that I've never even shown an interest in so am wondering if now I have FINALLY caught up with the people/company/hacker (I can't even have a Fbook page because it is always being "compromised" by an unknown number/party and is hidden, frozen, canceled for my protection) who have been causing me nothing but financial hardship and loss,(forget about getting a credit card or loan unless it's w/MY bank)++ plus a countless number of ongoing legal issues stemming from the theft since 2012! That's almost 5yrs and yes they even got to my unemployment benefits that I haven't been able to claim since and am still fighting to prove it wasn't me. (But that's a whole other issue with my state's stupidity & won't go there!). Anyway, be sure to ask alot of detailed questions if you're ever contacted by them and stay away from online payday loans, they're never really paid off (so they say).
