You cannot get a hold of any buddy when you need to. Then they want to get frustrated when the work is not done.! Then when the work is completed and you go back for another trip and waste your time they don’t want to pay you! So here’s a struggle you want me to hurry up and do the work not answer the phone when I have a problem or question return the call three days later, and again talk to you like you’re a jerk because you could not get an answer from their office no matter what extension you dial. This sounds like a very small outfit that wants to look bag and then not pay you so here’s my recommendation !!!
LISTEN! On your own company invoice make sure you fill out the work that was performed and fill in the name of the location that you were at and that is all. At this point if you do not receive payment within 15 to 20 days you can issue a pre-lien against the business that you were working on. That pre-lien now protect you for six months. At this point if you do not receive payment you can lean the business property that you were on if it is a lease property the owner of the property will go to the actual business that you worked on and put pressure on them to make sure you’re paid. Even at the point of the pre-lien the management company is going to get a phone call to hurry up and pay you. At this point again the maintenance company Will want to pay you to protect they get to keep the Walmart or McDonald’s or whoever it is they are working for collecting revenue. First jobs first is to protect yourself as a business owner keep that in mind. That’s my two cents as of this far my experience has been horrible with this company!
They will not pay you. Accounts payable girl will tell you check was mailed every time you call and it never arrives. Every time you call the person you WERE dealing with no longer works there. They will tell you what they think you want hear to get a job done. Once it's done they no longer care. Liars, thieves. Con artists. It should be called ServiceCON
On 6/28, my company was called to determine the cause of a floor drain backing up in a WalMart deli department. Carly at Service Com USA signed a proposal agreeing to scope of work and price. My tech diagnosed the problem and found a hole in drain pipe that was filled with dirt, preventing water from draining properly. He recommended replacing the pipe.
We were told by Carly at Service Com USA to come back on 7/6 after 9:00 PM (when deli was closed) to dig up floor and replace pipe. When our techs arrived, we were told by WalMart employees that we would need to come back over the weekend after 9:00 PM. We sent another proposal to Carly for signature stating that weekend work would be at a higher rate. She did not sign or return the new proposal.
I have not been paid for the two trips out to WalMart, totalling $270.00.
Do not deal with this company. i am in touch with the district da;s office re; this company. bent over backwards working night, weekends days to do there work. talked to annette there by the way. and they will tell you that they pay in 30 days. thats bull also.
this company " service com usa" owes me aprox 4500.00$ for many jobs i did for them. do not...i repeat....do not work for them,,,!
