and don't get the covrege for the extended warranties for the applaince My A/C stop om 08/03 call the company on 08/05 for repair the send a tech.
The tech call the company and inform that need a part and today it's the 08/23 and they still did not approve the repair of the A/C unit, we are in Florida with temp. in the 97F every day, so have to go to my auther home to sleep untill the company will actauries the repair.
I called for Dishwasher repair in January 2018, it wouldn't drain, they said they didn't have anybody to send, that if I could find some repairman locally for me to pay him & they would refund my money, I found a local repaiman, he fixed the dishwasher I sent them a copy of the repair Bill $150.00, I got NO REFUND!!!! WHERE'S MY "Reimbursement"?? I have called many times getting the same "song & dance" answer from different people that my check would be in the Mail on the next Monday? many Mondays have passed and NO CHECK????
