Poor Workmanship Without Consideration for Making Things Right! Unfortunately I was introduced to Service Plumbing by one of Charlotte's premier builders. Their workmanship was very poor and their response to multiple acts of ignorant negligence was to attempt billing at a higher than market rate to fix what they didn't have the knowledge or basic skills to properly install. Straight Up...this company is a 2 out of 10 in regard to ability/workmanship and a zero in regard to customer service.
