STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I received a warranty renewal offer in the mail. I mailed it back to them with the appropriate payment enclosed. When I noticed that my credit card had not been charged, I contact the company asking why my warranty had not been renewed.
After a total of 3 phone calls, I got this long winded story about how my renewal was not received before the offer deadline. When I told them that that was impossible because I had mailed it in pleanty of time before the offer expiration, they investigated the issue and "magically" they said that they had received it 4 days past the offer expiration so they could not honor the price of $174.07 for the warranty on my LG Washer and Dryer. AMAZINGLY though, they could offer the same warranty with their "updated" pricing for $395.
When speaking with Ryan, the "supervisor" regarding this issue, he said that there was nothing more he could do to help me except sell me the $395 warranty. When asked if there was a supervisor that was above him, I was told there there were people above him, but they do not speak directly to customers. WHAT??
This company is a total ripoff. Avoid them at all cost.
