Seregey Milovanov Atlas express inc. I transported a 5th wheel travel trailer for this person from addy Washington which is Washington state to sarasota Florida over 2000 mile trip. The order was for 2 day quick pay which he agreed to pay via zelle for 2750. I delivered the trailer with no damages got a singed bill of lading after the two days passed i for payment he repeatedly ignored the calls i then called from a different number he answered and said "Oh i dont have any money, i only have 500 dollars".
He told me he will pay the rest the following monday well monday came guess what no money. I called for a week straight he kept hanging up in my face he finally picked up when we called from a local number and told me he will pay when he sales the trailer. Almost a month has passed this guy has not attempted to pay he has ignored my every attempt to get paid today he picked up when i called from private 10 times and said he didn't know what i wad talking about.
I have lost my fuel card due to this situation as well as lost loads the worst part is it is he has no broker bond for me to get paid from he is a carrier acting as a broker. Please stay away from this guy he doesn't care about ripping anyone off. sarasota Florida
