They sold my husband a 2008 535i BMW lemon. We haven't even had the car a week and it was leaking fluid after we put fluid in it, because there was no fluids in the car, along with the vacuum seals are leaking and bad, it needed a tune up and oil change as well. We put down $1200 and we were scheduled to bring back $300 in 2 weeks, for a total of $1500. We called Emilio who is the one who sold us the car which is the owners son, he told us to bring the car back so they could fix it and that they would give us a car to drive while they fixed it.
So we take the car back to Sepulveda Motors and a man gets in the car, we take our work stuff out, but leave our personal belongings in the car. After the man took the car, Emilio proceeds to tell us that all our paperwork is not good and that the bank rejected our application and that they were repossessing the car! And that our paper work was fraud! Saying that the address where we live is a mini mart and not the weekly hotel we are staying in while we are out here working for 6 months in Miami!! He knew we weren't from here obviously since my husband gave him his Colorado DL and we told him that we weren't in corporate housing yet! No problem is what Emilio tells us.
He told us to tell the bank the lies and everything would be fine. Emilio knew that my husband worked for this company for 10 years he told us to lie to the bank when they called and say he had been living at the address where we are staying for 2 years also told us to tell the bank that we put $1500 down instead of $1200. Every dealership I have ever been to has always called and verified employment and they never once did that! They took our money then turned around and took the car asking for 4 canceled checks from his employer because he says the check stubs are fraudulent! That isn't a problem to do, however Emilio would not call my husbands employer and request them nor did he say anything about them when we had them emailed from my husbands employer. He even told us that if he got paid cash that he could have made us some check stubs!?? He told us we were family and I was about to purchase a ML350 AMG today!!! And the bank never called to verify any of the info either!! We don't even know what bank it was that even rejected the contract! He should have never even let him take the car if the contract was not done and hadn't gone thru! Doesn't that void the contract in the first place?
They stole our car and left us stranded at their so called dealership which isn't a dealership! They don't have a showroom or anything, just a bunch of cars backed in their garage that are probably hot cars!!! Believe it's in a industrial building with 2 garages! They are a scam company! Do not buy from them!! I will handle it in court! I will su them for our money and for more, because of how they did us!! Lawyering UP!!
