I contacted the company the very first thing to report the part of the optic cord they tried to repair for me was not working properly. I searched mediation months ago hoping they will cooperate and fix the matter, time that cost me lots of money-losing clients not having the machine running and canceling their appointments for all this delay.
DO you know what Sentient laser said to me? they blame my machine, there could be dust inside, there is no alignment with my laser fiber or any other inside error with my unit; they inferred i should send the machine to them for checking this for a fee of $900 plus shipping cost $1900 both ways. Because of the cost and delay I had to hire a 3rd party technician to look into it based on Sentient laser comments; i truly thought that might be the case, taking them seriously again. That cost me $1000 just to check my unit. The technician did not find anything wrong. I ordered another optic wired online from a totally different supplier not related to the technician I hired, and guess what; the machine works with no problem and no error since that day. What I found truly upsetting the sales rep did not even dare the possibility there was a faulty error on their behalf and made me believe there was a problem with my unit, where it was not. I spent extra money because of them
