This is my second vehicle with Sensible Auto and I just hung up the phone from this very similar situation. They did this to me twice within 6mths with my account. Their customer service is terrible this time around. I told the supervisor I spoke to tonight that she and her team need more training. I am in management and I would never allow my associates to be so cold and heartless. I told her that I would not recommend Sensible to incapacitated animal! I had no problems with them the first vehicle. I think the younger their reps get, the less respect and empathy they possess. My issue was I overpaid or as they called it "paid ahead" and they decided to not take a pymt on my scheduled date bcz of this "overpayment" n they tried to take it a week later. They argued me down that my Pymts are automatic, my rebuttal was if this is so then why didn't it come out in the scheduled date! They couldn't answer me. I am so disappointed in the service I recieved this evening. I just don't understand how a person can not show one ounce of empathy or even have a system set up to ensure that their customers are happy with their service.
