There were days where the phones would not ring or work. Calls would come through on Ring Central showing they were missed phone calls but they would not actually ring on our phones at all. They would say that we would have to monitor it but we already spent that whole day without a phone to assist our patients.
We spent extensive amounts of time trouble shooting and getting nothing accomplished. There is no way to account for the loss of business we potentially suffered. Our patients were extremely frsutrated and would continually let us know that they had been trying to call and couldn't get through. Ring Central made our business look very unprofessional.
