I purchased this phone for my mom since it has big buttons and a panic buttons. Unfortunately that's the ONLY good thing about this phone/service. The minute my mom got the phone she started getting spammed with fake instant messages about her facebook account being hacked. (She doesn't even have one!) On top of that she has recieved scam calls that I know target the elderly. I contacted Snapfon and asked them to block numbers etc., but they refused saying they can't do it. I can buy a $12 throw away phone and do that!! This service is horrible and they said they'd slam us with a huge fine if we canceled prior to 90 days! It is bad enough that the service sucks but to take advantage of an old lady is horrible. Funny how my mom never got spam with her old phone and now she all the sudden does.....
