To start, I have filed a case against this company w/ the Texas Attorney General
This report will be like all the others - there is only 1 contact person via phone, Belle Thorne. She is one of 2 account managers, the other is Jennifer,
They advised me they use only US based callers, however, to my dismay, all the leads have advised it is off shore callers with very thick accents,
My leads were asked if they received a brown package in the mail, if they had a red and blue card and what type of medicare they use. Yet, I used this source for final expense leads.
My leads were lied to, manipulated and scammed just as much as I was. They are preying on the elderly. This is why insurance agents get such a bad name.
This company has multiple websites: newlead.org, blueridgebrokerage.com, seniorsales.com, etc... Multiple operating names and there physical location is vaccant,
I urge anyone else who has been scammed by them to contact the Texas Attorney General. I spoke to a man named Bill who is mailing me the info to file. The Attorney General's office is VERY interested to hear more about the issues we are all having w/ this company.
I spent $680 upfront and thought I was purchasing 20 appointments for final expense insurance. I received around 10 leads after 1 month and they were TOTAL garbage. I was not able to see one person. All the prospects either did not speak any English or they insisted they told the telemarketer they did not want to see an agent. I've been in this business a long time and trust me when I tell you to stay away from this company. You are better off going to a trusted company who sells a shared internet lead than doing business with these creeps. I asked for a partial refund and they of course denied my request.
I am hoping that due to social pressure from placing this honest review, they will relent and give me a partial refund for the leads not received. When I call and ask for a partial refund, they just tell me to be patient, more leads will be coming shortly. Why can't they just give me a partial refund as requested ? The last thing I want is more of these phony leads. If they make good on my request, I will gladly place an update to this report.
Regardless I will never do business with this company again.
If you're foolish enough to do business with this company, your "account manager" and company receptionist will be Bella Thorne. She is the only account manager for the company and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, there was no one above her. What company doesn't have a supervisor or arbitrator for unhappy customers? A ripoff company!
