Please be advised that this franchise knowlingly violates Federal Labor Laws. The company requires new hires to attend a 5 hour new hire orientation (after employment) and doesn't inform the employees until the end that they will not be compensated for their time. This is clearly a violation of FLSA. If the company is so unethical to treat their employees this way, I can only assume that they are just as unethical in their care of elderly clients.
