Total scam company, based outside of U.S.
They claim to provide bulk email services, we paid $49.00 December 4th, 2015 via paypal and did not get the service.
We contacted the company several times via email and on thier site without ever getting a response, so we filed a paypal dispute.
As soon as we filed the dispute with paypal, the company contacted us and said if we canceled the dispute, they would refund our payment.
So we canceled the dispute, but the company then stopped communicating with us and did not refund our payment.
Very bad business! They think because they work outside of the United States they can take your money without recourse.
Hopefully many people all over the world will see this report and stay away from sending them any more money.
So far it has been 1.5 months without ever getting the service or refund and still going.....
