He will buy items and then file fraud disputes for the sole purpose of trying to steal them from you. He will initiate lie after lie so that he could get his falsified claims processed. He will say the merchant was at fault when he calls, when he never did any such thing, except hide under the rock he came out of. He will claim that policies weren't disclosed when he signs legal documents and it shows on the invoice that he did. This person is a worthless liar that will do anything to steal a $10 cell phone battery. He thinks by the time you receive the falsified dispute, he have your stolen merchandise and his money back.
