Paid Selman Chevrolet to repair right front suspension over, $5K. Some parts removed from the vehicle were not returned. Did not ask for any broken parts. The right and left air deflectors were removed from the bumper and that included the retaining bars. After two months the bumper is attached and I discover that the retaining bars were not put back on the bumper. I confronted the repair department manager and he said that all the spare parts were returned to me when I picked up the car. This is false as on the day I picked the auto up I had to ask the lead reapair technician to retrieve some parts which he did from a junk pile near the rear of the repair and service areas. I also said that an overflow tank sitting on the ground looked like it was mine and the technician said it was not. I returned to my auto at home and the tank was missing. I then returned to Selman Chevrolet and confronted the repair tech and he agreed that the tank was mine and obviously it had not been returned. Had I known at the time the deflector retainers were missing I would have demanded them be returned. This shows that the manager of the repair department was wrong in his assesment that all of the parts had been returned and there was nothing he could do because the scrap parts had long been hauld away. Sadly, he has lost the company a return customer and who knows how many others by word of mouth for what is costing me $24.00 to buy a used pair of retainers on Ebay. This guy and anyone with his lack of customer service priority would never be employed by a smart business owner.
