Having sent four laptops to this merchant I'd like to offer my (2 cents worth) about these guys. I'll first state; Don't send this merchant your laptop unless you really don't care about giving it away for nearly nothing! They will almost (99%of the time)never give you the quoted online price for your device! Most of the time they will "find" issues with your device that are non existant in order to justify offering a ridiculously low price for your device. If you decline the offer they'll then make a slightly better offer that if you also decline they may make a third better offer still. This is their modus operandi(standard method of operation.) Is it legal? Probably! Is it ethical? Absolutely not! Modern day charlatans! Crooks!
They return my laptop i emailed them at [email protected]. and with usps label 9202490114338200340979 they in turn emailed me stating that i should change my email to [email protected] ive requested the return of my laptop keep getting stalled
i feel that im being ripped off all i want is my laptop back.
This website is a SCAM! I just got taken for almost $150. I decided to sell one of my laptops to get money for my puppy's surgery. They offered me $155. I get that my laptop had minor scratches, but it worked perfectly and the battery was in good shape. They made up all this stuff in their report about major damages, there were none or I would have junked it. The battery is also original. They are not giving me the options to get my laptop back, just the $10 it is now worth in their mind. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't fall for this. I wish the company had good morals and cared about people along with the money. Thanks for putting us in even more of a hard place after my puppy's $2,500 surgery. All I am asking for is my laptop back! The following is what they emailed me.
Thank you for sharing us on Facebook!

So i had this gaming laptop i had it for 3 weeks and i dont really used so why not sell it for a quick bucks. I went to this website call sellalaptop.com and they offer me 994$ i got my laptop for 1.400$ that was pretty good deal so they sent me a email and i ship my laptop and after a few day a they sent me a email saying the laptop was broken. When i sent the laptop it was brand new. They dont even say anything they just sent the money to my paypal 250$ i try to contact them and i cant. So i call my lawyer and went to the court and got more extra buck so guys if they scam u just go to the court.
I was on this website where I had to fill in the description of my laptop. Upon their "inspection" they said my computer was completely damaged, the keys were worn, and it was missing pieces/screws. I have pictures of my laptop I took right before shipping, and since it was a fairly new computer, nothing was worn or damaged. They went from offering me $225 to $78!!! And no one will contact me back.
I purchased a used laptop on eBay. Enclosed with it was a flyer advertising SellaLaptop.com to sell your old laptop. I went to the website and entered my model number. They give 2 choices for issues with the laptop you are selling. Broken screen or damaged motherboard. My screen was perfect so I entered motherboard. They offered me $69.99 for it as is. I packaged it and shipped it to them, then recieved an email it had arrived but they would only give me $10 for it. SCAMMER, CROOKS, LIARS, THIEVES, SHYSTERS, FRAUDS. BEWARE and AVOID!
I started browsing around for the best spot to sell my old Macbook Pro and found this site Sellalaptop.com. I started to see how my the would quote me for selling it to them and they originally told me $690 and I figured it was a good deal to go for. After shipping off my laptop and waited to see what they would say and recieve a check in the mail. I recieve a message to inform me that my laptop has dents in it and other cosmetic damage and offer me a price significantly lower than what they quoted me on which was $236. My Macbook never had any dents in it and I have always taken care of my computers. I have had that laptop since I purchased it in Iraq on my 4th deployment there! I wanted to upgrade so I decided to sell it. I had it for 4 years so I wanted to get desktop since I was medically discharged from the Army. Do not trust them at all!
