Sell All Cars Reviews

Sold a broken down lemon vehicle. This place is great for buying $5k cars and flipping them for profit - not for replacing your totaled luxury Volvo Sedan. I was sold an 07 Impreza 2.5i sedan that was uninspected. Okay, my fault for not looking for that. Then I was sold a $2k additional warrantee and told it would cover everything short of electrical issues "at any repair shop" but that too was a lie. When I came in the day after purchasing with a sheet from my local Subie dealership with all the issues with the car I was threatened and intimidated and nearly beaten. I didn't fight because first off, 3-1 isn't fair and second, I didn't find it worth the police charge or effort.

I have so far spent $10k additional on this Subaru that was sold to me under a false pretense of it being absolutely the "best buy for your money" which is ridiculous.

That being said, I have to give them a touch of credit. After me and 4 other people tried to convince them they were wrong, they offered to take my car back and repair legitimately everything listed on the car docket- for free.

I didn't trust them not to piss in my oil pan and misalign my wheels for calling them on their "crap" but hey, they're running a good scam.

*** OWNER KALID MALIK WRITES HIS OWN GOOD REVIEW - SHAME! *** *** READ ALL REVIEWS ESP ON GOOGLE!!! *** - Looked to be a reputable place because of how they photograph their cars & the cleanest car with low miles - Because I live 3 hours away, this would be a purchase site unseen and looked for their honesty to ensure I was making the right purchase - I was told by my salesman, Frank, that other than a few scratches on the car, this was a perfect car because it was also a corporate car - I was told no mechanical defects and other than a few scratches their was no major flaws - I was told the cars are thoroughly checked by an onsite mechanic - I was told the cars are detailed before delivery - I gave a deposit of $1,000 on 3-8-16 to hold the car - I made my final payment on 3-18-16 (my birthday) -

I made arrangements with a transporter they recommended to have the vehicle picked up and was done so and delivered to me at my office on the same day on Tuesday, March 29th at 6:20pm (cost $250) and it was then negative discoveries were made. - I called and spoke with the receptionist, Katelyn, to make sure the pick up went well with the transporter and I asked her if the car had been cleaned and she assured me it was. (It wasn't) - When the transporter arrived, he couldn't get the car started (one of the two keys didn't start the car) - The car was FILTHY on the exterior as if it had been sitting outside for a while. The writing was still on the windshield in yellow marker with yr, make, model and price - Both the roof liner and material lining the A and C pillars were coming off and falling down. (never shown in their pictures of told to me) - I got in the car and turned on the radio ( it didn't work) - I turned on the wipers to clean the windshield because it was so dirty before I took it for a spin (Wipers were shot) - I took it for a spin (the brakes were gone. I had it looked at and it needed both front and rear rotors and pads) - Finally I asked where the title was. The transporter said they did not give him one. -

I called to address the issues right away and spoke with Katelyn. Frank nor the manger was not available (surprising) - When I asked about the brakes and wipers, she now told me not all cars get looked at because their mechanic is not full time and it was possible my car may not have been looked at, that they try their best to look at each one. - When asked about the cleaning she told me the car must have gotten dirty on the way up (not possible on a 2 1/2 hour trip on the back of a flat bed with no rain) so when I brought up the writing left on the cars windshield and emailed pictures, she didn't know what to say. - I asked to speak with a manager - He agreed at that point they would pay for the brakes (so I had them done, I have the receipt, haven't sent it to them yet ) I asked about the title, he said they don't send up titles with the transporter incase they lose them but assured it would be mailed out right away. - Two weeks went by, still no title. Called and spoke to Katelyn who said she would get back to me, but never did. - Another week went by, called again... spoke to a sales person who said he would get back to me once he spoke to the person who is in charge of that dept comes in but he too never got back to me - Called the next day ( I was furious at this point ) I was told by Katelyn who said she had no idea why I was calling but somehow knew the sales person I spoke to and told me he had gotten sick and went home but she would have a manger call me as soon as one had come in because she was the only one beside the detail guy there, the detail guy that didn't clean my car tho. When I brought up the reason for my call and stated my reasons why this was so important, it was now at this point I was told titles take between 2 weeks and 31 days to get but once again I never heard back from anyone. -One week goes by again, I call back and she tells me she has the title in front of her and would be mailing it out 6 weeks later. - Finally got title - after harassing them with phone calls, got owner Kalid Malik to agree to return $500 for necessary repair and asked me for my paypal information. I gave it to him and now 2 1/2 mo later I still have not received payment and I have it in writing but refuses to take my phone call or answer my messages
