Selena is an greedy and disrepectful landlord who will take advantage of you. When we moved in her illegal basement apartment we gave her a security deposit. Once a month and a half goes by we contact her, as she never let us know where the funds were being deposited, she just claimed she will let us know where. 12 months we move out, now shes keeping the money claimimg fruadulant and rediculous repairs, exterminating fees, when she never hired one with her own money. It was clear this is a landlord that doesn't have money, and will do everything in her power to keep tenats money.
