Beware of doing any business with Select OrthoDME Solutions. They are dishonest and will say anything to get a new client or a new investor. Additionally, if you are offered an investment in a partnership or joint venture run as fast as you can. I was personally defrauded for roughly $10,000 and I witnessed at least 4 other investors have a similar experience. The promise was a joint venture if you invest in the company (or a new joint venture with the company,) and if you help them bring a client on board you partner on it. The only problem is, when you succeed and bring a client on board the whole deal changes. I brought a client on board and received nothing. They created a new entity Select Ortho Holding Company (or something very similar) and acted like I never existed. This is after working more than a year and spending $10,000. Additionally, if you are a potential client, don't believe what they say. I witnessed Ron Desanto, the company president, tell potential clients on many occasions that they had "never lost a client." At first I assumed it was true - not so. They have lost clients, and for good reason. The pitch sounds good. When operations get underway the deal changes. Avoid doing business with Ron Desanto or Select OrthoDME Solutions...Holding...or any other variation they come up with.
