There were saying that Im buying the TRIAL for 1£, after few weeks I received sample of sedona beauty eye cream and I payed for the shipping 11.04£, and then I cancelled my memberhip (just in case) and the next day I was charged 75£ ;/ There were nothing saying about this money and about 8day TRIAL period like they are answering me... They don't want to refund me even if I'll send it back... And i wrote a lot of claims about this company that they are fraudsters.

Several days later my bank statement arrived and Sedona had stolen $124.31AU from my bank account. I ordered nothing, simply accepted what I thought was a gift. I emailed the company and received a reply that was obviously automatically generated as it addressed nothing in response to my rage and indignation at being so deceitfully scammed. My bank is currently doing a fraud investigation and I know my money will be returned because Sedona made a fatal mistake when they denied having any details of this fraudulent transaction. This is not a genuine company. There are no miracle beauty creams and all people will get from this "company" are lies, deceit and straight out theft. I am so angry, incoherent with rage. Sedona Beauty Secrets was offering a trial of their eye cream for just $1.00 (plus 3.95 for shipping which I found out later). I have dark circles under my eyes and so I thought I would try it. About a week later I received the package in the mail. It contained a small bottle of the eye cream as well as a box of anti wrinkle eye patches. I figured I would try them out for 4-5 days to see how my skin reacts and if I liked it, I might continue the shipment. Unfortunately, I wasn't even given 1 day to decide if I liked the product or not.
The DAY AFTER I received my package in the mail Sedona Beauty charged me $94.31. I had read the cancellation policy very carefully and had even saved the phone number to cancel the product in my phone, but nowhere did it say that it was an 8 day trial. I called their customer service department who at first told me that there was nothing she could do and I should have read the policy better.
That is when I got angry. She then offered a 25% refund, I said no. Then she offered a 50% refund and again I said no. She proceeded to offer a 75% refund and I explained that I would not except anything but a 100% refund since I never even had time to try the product. After putting me on hold forever, she came back on the line very snotty and said she would give me 100% refund but I had to ship the product back at my cost and then hung up on me. I looked into what it would cost to send the product back to them and found it would be more economical to just accept the 75% refund and be done with it. I called the customer service number back and explained to another lady that didn't speak English well that I would just take the 75% refund. (Here is where I really start to lose it) This woman tells me that they don't offer 75% refunds!! What??? They just offered it to me 3 days ago and now it doesn't exist? She said the highest refund they ever offer is 60%.
This was getting ridiculous, so I asked to speak to a manager. Conveniently there were no managers available so I told her I would hold. I guess holding is against their policy because she had a BIG problem with me wanting to hold. She asked for my phone number and said a supervisor would call me back. I just laughed and told her I didn't believe that anyone would call me back and I just wanted to be put on hold until a supervisor was available. She then hung up on me. I called back 5 more times and each time someone in customer service would answer the phone and then hang it back up again. I waited a little while and this time I put in all different information so they would not know it was me calling. I finally got another foreign lady on the phone and I immediately asked for a supervisor. None were available. By this time I just wanted to take what refund I could get so I kindly accepted the 60% refund. After she confirmed that the refund was being processed I started asking her some questions about the company. She got EXTREMELY agitated and defensive. I asked where they were located. She said California. I asked where in CA? She wanted to know why I wanted to know. I told her I was just curious. She said Santa Ana. I then asked for the address. She did not want to give me that information at all!! She put me on hold for what seemed like FOREVER, but then came back and said "ok if you really need it our address is 7565 Commercial Way Henderson Nevada 89011. Happy?" I laughed and asked why it took so long to get the address. Was she getting permission or did she not know it since she had just told me they were in Santa Ana California? I then asked for the name of the business owner and she just said "I am not giving you that information" and, of course, hung up.
Basically, the moral of this story is Sedona Beauty Secrets is a scam, the trial is a scam and you will get raped for way more money then the product is worth. I have now had the chance to try it and even the product sucks. Customer Service are most likely from a foreign country and will lie to you every chance they get. It is not a way to do business and I plan on posting this review in as many places as I can. Buyer Beware!!!

I order a beauty product for 4 dollars and was told if I cancel I would not be charged! LIES.COM- I had to cancel twice the 1st time was at 9:18am on 12/7/15, but on 12/11/15 I notice I received a charge of $94.31 on my banking page from them. I called again and cancelled but this time they gave me confirmation #. The 1st time NO I even called the number I called that I ordered from and they have it noted that That’s what I called to do but they gave me a number 888-978-2848 to call and cancel because it was different from the order number. Long story short they only can give me back 60% of my money still back. NOT happy that $45.00 still missing all because you don’t have record of me calling the number & pressing 1 to cancel the 1st time.
This company is NOT WORTH CALLING! I will be a “word of mouth” about this and share to as many as I can. After all I know about advertisement and this will be the best way of getting them back.
Make it right give people back there money if they cancel!
