I was fraudulently entered into a 3 year contract by a Securus representative. While not knowing I was in a contract, I switched to a different company. Even though this company provided me no services, they charged my bank account monthly for over a year, paying them hundreds of dollars for nothing. I eventually put a stop at my bank and now the company's collections department unreasonably wants hundreds of more dollars to settle. I spoke to a supervisor (David) who was completely unreasonable, unempathetic, and uncaring for my situation. I informed David I was willing to pay a lesser amount to settle with them and he was reluctant to negotiation and said "you signed a 3 year contract!" I already paid this company hundreds and received nothing and now they want hundreds more for nothing. I am still willing to speak with a company representative about this matter to settle.
