A friend of mine who had become incarcerated in prison had told me about a website that would save money on phone calls. It was a website similar to this one. Unfortunately, before speaking with him I signed up for the service. Only to find out it was the wrong one. I emailed them and explained my situation but no response. There wasn't any phone number to call either.
I signed up for the one I was supposed to and haven't had any problems. This site I would call is a rip off!! In the future, if there's no either chat or phone number...Don't sign up for it!!
