The sites are located in North Grafton and Westborough, Massachusetts, and are blindly lead by Jeffrey Cloutier, a "bitter towards life" sixty something year old who hasn't accomplished much during his time on Earth, and Britni Browning, who sadly fails to realize that she is caught in a "go nowhere" abyss and that she is not getting any younger.
While there are a few "good" people between the Grafton and Westborough sites, the majority of Cloutier's team consists of degenerate-type and / or casually committed individuals who, if it were not for Cloutier, would likely be permanent fixtures on the unemployment line. One such individual is Edward N. Hunter, who could easily pass for Sesame Street's Oscar the Grouch. Hunter is allowed 1) to be habitually late - even though he lives right around the corner from both sites - 2) to be unkempt with his scruffy looking neckbeard (which violates the Securitas Handbook), 3) to sleep - or remain passed out - while on duty in the kiosk in Grafton (as several vendors, waiting to be signed in, can allegedly attest to). One vendor, according to sources, thought that Hunter had passed away in the kiosk chair. Other individuals who are lucky to have a job are 1) Peter Aube, who by now should realize that fate keeps score and that he is in no position to judge anyone else, 2) Russell Watts, who is physically incapable of doing the job but, nevertheless, is retained despite numerous complaints from other contractors and vendors, 3) Arthur Mandros, who sadly thinks he's found Nirvana between working the overnight shift in Westborough and frequenting the casinos where he'll surely go "bust" some day, and 4) James Donovan, the alleged nephew of Account Manager James Fahy, who tries to engage anyone and everyone in nonsensical conversation such as how many footsteps it would take to get from his house in Franklin to the Grafton site. Not to be mean, but it's easy to see why this man failed to make it in retail.

I worked for Securitas for approximately 73 days. My boss was Billy Holmes. The regional executives were Joel Hayes, Lisette Valdes and Sarah Jinco.
To say these folks are devious, lying people is an understatement. And any company or person who decides to work for or do business with these folks is in for a huge awakening!
Billy Holmes the Area VP is a liar who discriminates against woman of color. He is an African American male who is married to a caucasion woman. I never cared about that though. However, when he directed me to withdraw hiring a black woman with a Masters degree in HR so he could hire a white woman with NO experience AT ALL except for the fact that she worked as a personal chef blew me out the water, and when I expressed my concern over this, I WAS FIRED!
How a black man can discriminate against his another black person is disgraceful!!!!! AND I LET HIM KNOW IT!
Billy used to tell me the horrible things that Joel and Lisette would say about me. I did not know or understand why. Then they started saying things that were untrue such about my job performance when I had only been with the company 30 days and had not completed my training.
I have them recorded saying how well I was doing and how I was ready to be trained for the next thing, however, behind my back, they would say the opposite.
Billy would lie and cover things up. He would tell me he was protecting me from the "Regional Devils" and that I did not need to be concerned with what they said, even though he was aware that the lies were upsetting me. I told Billy Holmes I was being bullied by Joel Hayes, Lisette Valdes and Sarah Jinco my report of harassment was NEVER investigated.
I have filed complaints with the EEOC and DFEH and cannot wait to prove my truth with my evidence. Billy Holmes stated Lisette Valdes was rude and ignorant and that he had to report her many times to her own boss. He stated that Joel Hayes was a "mole" planted by the regional office to spy on him.
All this was completely overwhelming for me because I was new. I had no disciplinary issues, no write-ups, no counselings, NOTHING. I was simply let go because I wasn't "a good fit". However, this wasn't shared with me until I called Billy Holmes on his crap for withdrawing an offer of employment to an black woman and hiring a white woman with NO EXPERIENCE in her place.
If you are thinking about working for this company, PROCEED WITH CAUTION! and by all means..... read the reviews first and do not ignore them like I did because the complaints are true! You will have issues with your paycheck! You will have issues with your training and schedules. They DO NOT care about you at all! They care about placing bodies. Thats it.

Hi , I worked for Securitas for many years. I was being lied to and abused by that company,same as every one else. I got called into the main office to talk about things that were going on at my site but I didnt know what they were and wasnt told. When I got there I was told that I had to meet with HR Crystal Brown. I was accused of stealing and inapropriate conduct with men at my site. She said that they have video as evidence of this, but wouldnt show me the video. I am NOT a thief and I never became intimate, dated or even flirted with anyone at work. I am married. I have a wonderful husband! I do my work and go home to my family. Thats it! Period.
I was fired by Crystal Brown for "Inapproprite behavior". She said that if I go quietly she wouldnt put sexual harasment or stealing in my file. I wasnt allowed to even defend myself. The charges are NOT TRUE!!! I never had any trouble in my whole work career. Where did this even come from? I told my husband what I was accused of and fired for. I filed for Unemployment and was denied. I appealed and had a hearing. Crystal Brown went to the Unemployment hearing and LIED! The Hearings Officer was very smart. She asked Crystal Brown to show evidence that I stole and wanted to see the video. Crystal Brown LIED UNDER OATH and said that she never told me there was a video. The Hearings officer asked Crystal Brown to show any evidence that I had an inappropriate conduct with anyone at my site /or work/ or any coworkers. Crystal Brown couldnt show any evidence. Crystal Brown got caught in so many lies at that hearing. She lied under oath! The Hearings officer awarded me Unemployment. I won!
In conclusion, Crystal Brown is a mean spirited, phony, abusive ,sadistic liar. She enjoys causing heartache to people. She could have caused a divorce or worse in my family. I dont think she would like it if it was done to her. She likes talking down to people and feeling powerful. What a sorry, pathetic woman. How many more innocent people have to be hurt before Securitas realizes what Crystal Brown is doing? I feel sorry for the people who deal with Crystal Brown in the future. I'm STILL happily married and have a better job. Just wanted people to know.
