I have never worked for a company that practices discrimination the way Securitas does. They allowed their HR Manager to say that dreadlocks were dirty and nasty. Can you believe that? THE HR MANAGER! Joel Hayes the companies Grinch who stole Christmas Gnome who pretends he cares about employees but on the under all he cares about is protecting the company. He is suppose to be the Employee Relations Manager but I think he lets things go bad so he can act as the HR Manager. Trying to stay relavant in the company when the reality is he could care less about the employees. And if you believe for a second he does, you are just kidding yourself. He will never give you a fair chance. His decision is already made before he even meets you. He is an a****** and I see why they like him so much because he is just like his partner Billy Holmes the Area VP.
Billy Holmes is a joke! A whitewashed suppose to be BROTHA who discriminates against ALL the black people in his office. He WILL NOT hire a black woman saying that he don't want no loud mouth, neck twisting trouble maker working for him. he is not a black man. he is an OREO. Just because you listen to rap music doesn't make you black. There are alot of black woman who are educated and not loud. He gets big bonuses from the company buying a new Maserati but he is still an oreo. He's one of them.
I hope somebody finally wins against these two "black men".
Securitas is a joke. They hire uneducated, off the street security guards who hasn't EVER guarded anything in their lives. If they can breathe, they can work for Securitas. If you hire this company to guard your business, you will be very disappointed. we were instructed to hire only people who scored green or yellow on the assessment test but were told by Joel to hire people who score red. people who score red have some issues and are not supposed to be hired. Your business may have some of these employees working for you right now. Billy does not care. all he cares about is if he can get his bonus.
I hope they lose all there business in the Bay area. Eventually both Joel and Billy will be found out for the scum they are and they will get to experience what they put others through. The office in Atlanta is RATCHET GHETTO HOTMESS! Everyone who walks in the door is "hired" and told to come to training! New employee training is every week! Before training, applicants are asked about availability and instantly offered a position! I was instantly offered a position. The manager even called the work site and told him he was sending me there after training! So after 2 days of training between 8:30am - 4:30pm that included finger printing and drug tests, were told that when the background results come in, we will be called to pick up uniforms. Training ended Wednesday and the following Monday I called to ask if my background came in. I was told yes and so I asked about uniforms. She told be that the manager has to let the work site manager know that my background has been cleared. I asked how long will that take. She said "She dont know." I asked if she had an estimate of days and she transferred me to the manager who never returned my call! This took me back to scams temp agencies do and that is posting fake jobs to get new people to sign up so they can get commission! That property "manager" the Secuitas manager supposedly called during my interview could have been a fake phone call! The depths of wasting people's time pulling job scams for money has hit a NEW LOW! Securitas is GHETTO/TRAILER TRASH!
The reason I do not support the Jimmy Fund & Boston Red Sox is that Securitas Security who is contracted with Dana Farber for their security does not screen their security personnel & supervisors such as a Reginald Clement who smokes pot on duty.
I think if is a big rip off and very offensive for Dana Farber, the Jimmy Fund, the Boston Red Sox their patients who go to Dana Farber for treatment & the people who support who they have security personnel and supervisors smoking pot on duty & getting away with it by Securitas Seecurity not enforcing their drug screening policy.
I addition Mr. Clement is a scroog to his employees who the account manager gave him money for his security personnel and having them pay for it while he pockets the money and hacking my hotmail. This is why I also do not support Jimmy Fund & Boston Red Sox.
