This is another situation where using the PayPal protection option would have been smart.

I ordered a lower set of dental veneer from Secure Smile Teeth on Dec 24. I realized that

ordered a product that would not work with my specific dental condition.

Within 8 hours , I emailed SECURE SMILE at [email protected] to cancel my order .

No reply. I called the company twice . both times I was assured that there would be an immediate refund and the

order would not be shipped.. Two days later I received an email advising that the proiduct was on it's way.

This company is not reliable and once they have your credit card information, you will never see a refund

of any sort. Their phone system is programmed to ignore repeated calls after any purchase.

If you must deal witrh this company please use your PayPal to do so as then you will have buyer protection.

This company does have a very poor BBB rating . Oh and the very same identical product can be bought for

$3.50 USD on ebay from China. BUYERS BEWARE OF SECRE SMILE TEETH..The only ones smiling here are

The people at SECURE SMILE TEETH. Truly a HUGE rip off.
